We cannot give any guarantee on bamboo canes and poles. It is a natural product for which the following points (not an exhaustive list) do not constitute grounds for complaint:

• Bamboo canes can crack due to temperature fluctuations. Fine cracks can form up to the gap.
• Colour differences may occur. Any burn marks are the result of the heat under which the bamboo poles were straightened immediately after harvesting if necessary.
• Bamboo canes can have curvatures and bends and are not naturally standardized straight poles.
