According to tradition, the elephant-headed god is depicted sitting and with a childlike, plump body. The cheerful-positive and at the same time calm, serene and concentrated aura of the sculpture reflects the manifold blessings associated with Ganesha in Hinduism.
Due to its symbolism, a Ganesha sculpture is not only a perfect decoration for the house and garden, testifying to the cultural education of its owners, but also an ideal gift at moving parties and house inaugurations.
The sculpture was made of cast stone and finished with a finish. The colouring may vary and fade due to weathering.
